Directions for Sea Moss
Remove your raw Sea Moss from package. Next, soak and rinse in Spring Water (preferably in glass bottle and from true source) for 5-10 minutes. Drain. Repeat this process for a second time. Soak your Sea Moss for approximately 24 hours in Spring Water. Sea Moss will grow in size as it soaks. Please add more water so that all of the Sea Moss is submerged in water.
After the 24 hours of soaking, drain water into a jar and place Sea Moss into a blender. Blend Sea Moss using water that was drained or more fresh Spring Water. Add the water in slowly (little by little) until Sea Moss is a thick gel-like consistency, similar to applesauce.
Pour the Sea Moss into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
Please Note: 1 ounce of raw Sea Moss will make twelve 26 ounces of Sea Moss Gel depending on consistency. Each jar will last approximately last for 4 weeks.
